Western Solar is seeking a general foreman to oversee and train our field crews and crew leads. The general foreman will manage and supervise multiple crews simultaneously and is responsible for photovoltaic system installations from beginning to end. The general foreman manages the installation of all photovoltaic mounting system components, assists with electrical equipment, and ensures successful operation of complete photovoltaic systems, while proficiently communicating and updating the status of projects with other staff. This is an outdoor position requiring work on elevated roofs, in harness, in inclement weather, throughout the year. Job sites are primarily in Whatcom, Skagit, Island, Snohomish, and San Juan Counties.
