The first step in designing your system involves sizing it appropriately for your electricity needs. Please download and send us your Snohomish PUD electricity bill totals as a CSV file, along with a PDF or photos of a recent SnoPUD bill (front and back). These can all be found in your online SnoPUD account, via the steps outlined below.
These steps are current as of February 2025.
Step 1: Sign in with SnoPUD
Go to snopud.com and login to your online account.
If you don’t already have an online account, it’s a great opportunity to create one!

Step 2: View Data
Once you sign in, you’ll be on your main account or Charts page. Select “Data” in the menu under your account information.

Step 3: View Download Settings
On the Data page, select the “download” option to the upper right of the chart.

Step 4: Download Data
Confirm the file format is CSV and the date range is for the full history of the account, then click “Download” to download your usage data.

Step 5: View Bills
Scroll up to the top of the page and select “View/Pay Bill” from the main menu.

Step 6: Latest Bill
Select “View Latest Bill” to open a PDF of your most recent SnoPUD bill.

Step 7: Save PDF
After your PDF bill opens in a new window, select the download button to save it to your computer. This is typically in the upper right, depending on your browser.

Step 8: Send files
Attach both the CSV file from Step 4 and the PDF from Step 7 to an email and send to your Western Solar system designer. If you haven’t connected with our design team yet, you’re welcome to email the information to us at info@westernsolarinc.com and one of our system designers will reach out to you directly.
