During the COVID-19 restrictions, Western Solar is still offering modified services. We are taking direction on our operations from the Whatcom County Health Department and are doing our best to limit contact with the public, adhering to all hygiene recommendations, and are doing everything remote that we can. Public safety is our top priority and we take seriously the potential spread of this virus.
All of that said, we also recognize that folks are anxious to see if solar is the right fit for them and we are doing everything we can to continue our operations remotely.
This includes offering remote solar site assessments in addition to our standard on-site assessments. We are more than happy to build you a bid for your home without having to need to meet in person. In order to do that, however, we will need your help with a couple of things.
To accurately design your system, we will need:
From there we will be able to put together a conservative analysis of what solar would look like for your home or business.
We want to reassure you that our crew has been briefed on all of the most up-to-date hygiene recommendations and will do everything in their power to limit their exposure to both you, your family, and your home on the day of the installation. Additionally, we have instituted a firm isolation requirement should any of our team members show any symptoms of sickness.
UPDATE: Our office continues to be closed to the public to allow our office staff to work on site within safety protocols. Our installation teams continue to work standard installation hours following guidelines for safe construction practices.
