In this scenario, you become the seller of the system, the end user is the buyer who takes advantage of the available tax credits or incentives, and Western Solar is the subcontractor who brings the project to seamless completion and handles all customer support once the buyer moves in.

The Process

Reach out to Western Solar once you have site plans and elevations, and our design team will work with you to establish feasibility, budget and timeline.

Western Solar will provide a turn key solution, handling all planning, permitting, and utility applications. We will coordinate with your general contractor to install the solar systems at the correct point in the construction process to ensure the best aesthetic result and to make sure there are no delays.

Western Solar will work with your sales team to create marketing materials for the system(s) and to handle any questions that arise from potential customers.

Upon sale of the property, we will work directly with the new owner on getting their net metering agreement in place and provide a full system orientation and any ongoing support.
