    Western Solar was founded in Bellingham, Washington in 2002 and our team leads cumulatively have decades of experience installing several megawatts of solar electric systems throughout the United States.\u00a0 In addition to our solar electric systems, we also specialize in battery backup solutions, electric vehicle charging stations, and ductless heat pumps. Our experience gives us confidence in our services.     Our electricians are NABCEP (North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners) Certified, while our management leads our state’s solar trade organization, Washington Solar Energy Industries Association<\/a> (WASEIA), helping to shape energy policy and ensure our customers have the most current industry information.
